All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international shipments.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Delays or losses caused by address errors provided by the customer
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
Packages lost or stolen after delivery
Packages delivered to shared or unsecured locations
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all piercing jewelry, posts, and wearable items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
This includes:
Piercing posts
Jewelry intended for body wear
Items that have been opened, worn, or inserted
This policy is strictly enforced.

Non-wearable items (such as aftercare products or accessories, if applicable) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unused
Unopened
In original packaging
Return requests must be approved before shipping items back.

To request a return for eligible items, please contact us prior to sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution when applicable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow several business days for refunds to process depending on your payment provider.
